Intenciones Emprendedoras Universitarias: Una Revisión Sistemática

Resumen

Objetivo: Realizar una revisión sistemática que permita explicar los diversos factores de las intenciones emprendedoras en la población universitaria a partir de una revisión bibliográfica sistémica. Método: Estudio descriptivo y explicativo sustentado en revisión bibliográfica y documental de artículos publicados entre 2019 y 2024 en bases indexadas (Scopus, Web of Science, SECIHTI), complementada con aportaciones teóricas clave. Resultados: Se identificaron siete factores con influencia significativa en las intenciones emprendedoras de los estudiantes que permitieron generar el modelo: compromiso, actitud, toma de riesgos, viabilidad, deseabilidad, autoeficacia y motivación, siendo la educación emprendedora un mediador relevante. Originalidad: La propuesta integra un modelo conceptual que combina evidencia empírica y teórica para explicar la formación de intenciones emprendedoras universitarias. Hallazgos: La autoeficacia y la motivación son determinantes centrales, reforzados por la educación emprendedora y el entorno social de los estudiantes. Limitaciones: No se incluyen análisis diferenciados por área de conocimiento o sector productivo.
