Scope and Focus

The International Academic Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (RAIIM) is a scientific, multidisciplinary journal aimed at disseminating original and relevant knowledge by integrating theoretical, methodological, and applied contributions from diverse fields.

RAIIM receives submissions in (but not limited to) the social and human sciences, education, health, technology, engineering, administration, communication, cultural studies, and related areas, prioritizing manuscripts with:

  • Methodological rigor (clarity of design, analysis, and results).

  • Contribution to the state of knowledge (originality and well-grounded discussion).

Accepted article types:

  • Research article.

  • Review article (systematic, integrative, or other, with an explicit method).

  • Reflection article (critical argumentation supported by a robust bibliography).

Peer-Review Process

RAIIM applies double-blind peer review: authors and reviewers do not know each other’s identities.

Stages of the process:

  1. Initial editorial screening (intake filter)
Verifies: alignment with the journal’s scope, compliance with guidelines, minimum academic writing and structural quality, and similarity check (anti-plagiarism).

  2. Assignment of peer reviewers
Two external reviewers with expertise in the topic are appointed.

  3. Peer-review decision (using an evaluation form)
    Possible outcomes:

    • Accepted

    • Accepted with minor revisions

    • Major revisions required and resubmission for further review

    • Rejected

  4. Editorial decision
The Editorial Committee consolidates the reviews and issues the final decision.

  5. Revision round(s)
The author submits a revised version along with a response letter (matrix: “comment – change made – page/line”).

  6. Final verification
Confirmation of revisions, reference consistency, and formal quality.

Editorial ethics: the journal adopts COPE best practices (integrity, conflicts of interest, retractions/corrections when applicable).

Publication Frequency

The journal is published bimonthly, with six (6) issues per year:
